Coarse Grinding (Kibbler Range)
Kek ‘Kibbler' coarse grinding and pre-breaker mills are designed to work in conjunction with other Kek Mills or as stand alone mills in their own right. They are capable of grinding or deagglomerating large lumps down to 2 or 3mm in preparation for further processing. Although Kibblers are the most robust mills we offer, our latest cantilevered shaft models offer high levels of hygiene and easy cleaning between batches.

Intermediate Grinding (Cone Mill Range)
The Cone Mill is recognized as one of the most versatile size reduction machines in the pharmaceutical industry. Its ability to take a relatively wide size range of feed material and produce a similarly wide range of product, makes it ideal for intermediate sizing in both wet and dry granulation processes. Cone aperture sizes can range from 150 micron for dry de-agglomeration up to approximately 25 mm for wet granulation.
