How the cleaning system works:
Fan nozzles sprays the heated detergent onto the component surfaces at high speed, whereby the arrangement of the nozzles jets can be adapted to the individual components to be cleaned. The cleaning product rotates during the cleaning process in a roating basket against the flow direction. Cleaning and drying takes place in a closed stainless steel container. Contaminations of the cleaning fluid can be absorbed in screen baskets, oily components are removed by a skimmer. The durability time of the cleaning fluid is increased and protects the environment and saving costs.
