The Per-Fil Model Micro-X is a servo driven, multi-spindle filler which is ideal for integration with Stik-Pak machines or multi-lane tube equipment. The Micro-X is equipped with 2 - 10 auger spindles, depending on the application. This system is ideal for non-free flowing powder products. Each auger extends to the bottom of the forming tube to precisely meter powder product and ensure tight sealing of pouches, sachets and tubes. This filling system is available with center distances between auger spindles as small as 2.25".

The Micro-X can be equipped with your choice of controls (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi or other) or the controls for the filler can be included in the Stik Pack machine for a single operator interface.
Designed for integration with all types of Stik Pak equipment and capable of fill speeds up to 500 pouches per minute, the Micro-X will increase your production and ensure clean, accurate fills of your powder and granular products.
