The MV545 jar filling – capping machine has been designed in accordance with the highest technological standards to guarantee maximum productivity and quality. Its operating processes are controlled by a personal computer with colour touch-screen display. The machine has an automatic cap pick up, positioning and tightening system with electronic torque control whose values can be set from the control panel. The dosing units feature tri-clover connectors (hopper, pumps, valves and nozzles) and can be transferred from the operating zone to the washing and sterilising zone still fully assembled in a single block on the special trolley. Dosing can be adjusted manually using a micrometric screw with digital readout, or automatically from the display by means of the stepping motor.
