National Pharmaceutical Corp. To Acquire Vida Pharma International

Miami, FL, (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- National Pharmaceutical Corp. (PINKSHEETS: NFRM) announced today that it has signed a letter of intent with Vida Pharma International Corporation for the acquisition of 100% of the outstanding shares of Vida Pharma.

According to the company, an acquisition agreement is to be entered into on or before May 12 and the transaction is expected to close on or before May 31, 2010. Details on the acquisition transaction are to be released upon signing of the definitive agreement.
