New Clean-Zone installation method

Dycem has introduced a new installation method for its high tack, washable contamination control flooring, Clean-Zone.

Working in conjunction with Tek Stil Concepts, Inc. of Haddonfield, NJ, we have developed a method which completely adheres the Clean-Zone to any standard floor or sub-floor, with all seams and edges sealed, forming a moisture and bacteria resistant area.

The installation is now so fast and easy, that the Clean-Zone can be installed in the entire room or just the traffic areas, with no shut down required.

The removal of the Clean-Zone, after its average 5.2 active life, is easier than ever. Simply peel the Clean-Zone away and the sub-floor is guaranteed to be in the same condition as day one.

Now there are no limitations to where Clean-Zone can be used for removal of foot and wheelborne contamination, including raised floors, ramps, air locks and air showers.

The new Clean-Zone installation process also stands up to heavy cart traffic.
