Located in our state-of-the-art facility in San Diego, California, our high-speed multipurpose line offers a complete range of parenteral configurations, including pre-filled syringes, vials, and cartridges. This fully contained and integrated OPTIMA line utilizes scan isolated barrier technology to ensure the required sterility for fill finish while offering flexibility to meet your cGMP, clinical, and commercial drug product manufacturing needs.

This high-speed process is rated to move 22,000 syringes per hour through the line, with a batch capacity of over 200,000 syringes. The multipurpose line has been designed to meet FDA and EMEA commercial compliance.
