This Laboratory Blender LM40 is designed as a mobile unit. The blender itself is integrated into a frame with locking casters. A Plexiglas cover will protect the MC blending containers during rotation. The Plexiglas cover can be opened for access to the MC blending bin for changing bins or product discharge. If the cover is opened during blending a safety switch will shut down the unit. The blender has a drive unit with a direct-current motor and a potentiometer control, so that the speed is continuously variable. Blending containers MC can be mounted on a separate drive support.
