The Reverse Logistics Division was created in August 2000 to be a single source provider of the next generation in advanced reverse logistics for the pharmaceutical industry. Expanding on the expertise and proprietary logistics tools and services used by the Recall Services Division, NNC Group developed new technologies to ensure regulatory compliance and streamline the processes associated with pharmaceutical sample returns and general unsaleable returns.
