The Cyrogan series of on-site cryogenic nitrogen plants are capable of generating high-purity N2 (up to 1 ppm O2) at flow rates of 110 tpd (3,600 Nm3/hr). These plants are well suited as sources of inerting nitrogen required in the production, storage and handling of many chemicals.

Generating nitrogen on-site offer users a fully automated and maintenance-free source of high-purity N2. Also, generating N2 on-site allows the user to control flow and purity levels to specific needs while eliminating the concern for interrupted supply of nitrogen.

High-purity nitrogen is required for processes such as blanketing, pressure transfer/unloading, pipeline and vessel purging, reactor sparging, pigging and drying. In pharmaceutical applications, the inert gas is used for blanketing and transferring of combustible chemicals and powders. Nitrogen gas also helps prevent oxidation during processing and stabilize atmospheric conditions during packaging.
