OPTIMA 7000 Fill Line

Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services is a leader in aseptic filling, offering a wide range of capabilities for vials with our OPTIMA 7000 fill line.

The OPTIMA VFVM 7000 safely processes various types and classes of biopharmaceutical products in 2 mL to 100 mL sizes. When a tray is loaded by an operator, a robotic arm removes the lid, and the vials are pushed on to the rotary table. Vials are funneled toward the end feed and individually transferred through the linear-style filling process, to minimize glass to glass contact. To ensure accurate fills, a 100% IPC fill weight is performed on the entire batch.
