PBM's NEW Pipe & Tubing Hanger Product Line is Ideal for Sanitary Manufacturing Environments

IRWIN, PA, 17 JUNE, 2003 - PBM's NEW Pipe and Tubing Hanger product line is made for use in sanitary work areas in pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, and food processing plants. The hangers are made in three basic designs; floor, ceiling, or wall mount. Unlike conventional hangers, these hangers are unique in that they feature a rounded geometry, without sharp corners and edges and without exposed threads. The innovative design eliminates flat areas where dust or debris can accumulate. The hanger design is compatible with pitched pipe runs in that hanger length is made to order or could be adjusted by the user in the field. They are made from 304 stainless steel, with an option for 316 stainless steel.

The hanger grommet that clamps around and supports the tubing or piping is leak tight and is available in nitrile, silicone, or nylon 4/6, all FDA compliant.

Stainless hanger holders and support assemblies are supplied standard with a satin finish (80-100 Ra). Electro-polished, mechanical polished, or mechanical plus electro-polished finishes are available as options.
