Contact Parts
Product contact parts are constructed of AISI-316L stainless steel. Contact parts include:

  • Filling Needles
  • Stopper Sorting Bowl
  • Stopper Insertion Tool

Electrical
The PennTech FS-22 will be controlled by an Allen Bradley ControLogix PLC, capable of providing full control and monitoring of the machine.

Operator-Machine Interface
The machine includes a user-friendly Allen-Bradley PanelView 1000Plus Human- Machine Interface (HMI). A menu guides the operator through the operations of the machine. Fault conditions are displayed, should they occur, informing the operator of the status of the machine. Under normal working conditions, information such as output rate, bottles processed, etc. are displayed.
