Pharma-PrintControl

Pharma-PrintControl is an automated quality control system for the printing process and consists besides the software of the following hardware components: computer, software, and scanner. According to the requirements of the printing industry we offer the system in the following formats: A3, A2 and A0.

Pharma-PrintControl was especially developed to meet the needs of the printing industry in the pharmaceutical sector where quality control of folding boxes, labels and instruction leaflets is of utmost importance. Pharma-PrintControl is used both in printing plants and also in the initial control of the pharmaceutical industry.

Quality Control With Pharma-PrintControl

The system automatically compares the media with a reference. The media can be an instruction leaflet, a cut or non-cut folding box, a label, a proofprint or a sheet with multiple-ups which is read in by the scanner. The possibility to directly read in a PDF-file as media is also given. References are digitale medias (PDF- or EPS-file) or reference-prints digitalised by the scanner.
