PharmaCab Parts Spray Washer

The PharmaCab cleans and sanitizes small parts, containers and disassembled parts found in the, pharmaceutical and biotech industries. The pre-programmed, automated PharmaCab has rotating sprays that ensure coverage of all surfaces of the items being cleaned. A unique portable rack system enables a convenient means to collect all items and deliver them back to their point of origin. The rack provides is ergonomically designed for safety. The machine is programmable for automated operation. It is delivered as complete, tested and ready for installation without a pit or ramps!

Documentation for all equipment may include but is not limited to: Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) report, Site Acceptance Test (SAT) report, IQ/OQ documentation, Functional Design Specification (FRS), Control Design Specification (HRS and SRS) and weld video record (boroscope inspection video).
