Innovative and compact design as well as its ergonomics permit maximum accessibility and cleanliness, operations which are in fact extremely easy and quick to perform. Due to its ease of use and being operator-friendly, only one operator is needed for the whole line.

The machine concept has been based on the IMA philosophy of flexibility in operation and changeover combined with easy cleaning. Rejected blisters are easily identifiable due to a difference in shape to the correct ones, this therefore avoids any possible mix up during the production process.

High efficiency in production is assured as the blister machine and the cartoner are completely integrated. The blister line is able to handle a wide variety of packaging materials.

An integrated blister stacking together with the special transfer system to the cartoner, which is a "positive blister transport", guarantees a very high running efficiency of this new line. One of the advantages of the cartoner, is the design of its complete balcony structure. This blister line has been constructed with sophisticated technological concepts that guarantee the reliability and efficiency of the entire packaging process.

Another advantage of the C80HS-A96 is its compatibility with existing blister formats of the C80/A81 and C80R.
