The C98 has been specifically designed for the Japanese market and is IMA's answer to the pillow pack. This is a high technology blister packaging machine with interlocking system.

The C98 has been specifically designed for the Japanese market and is IMA's answer to the pillow pack. This is a high technology blister packaging machine with interlocking system.

It is a high-speed machine working on two rows to reach an output of up to 800 blisters/minute. The C98 is designed for complete automation in thermoforming and lidding material splicing, product and material loading.

The on-board computer enables the monitoring of every production aspect; the computer supplies real-time data on production statistics, spare parts manual and troubleshooting instructions.

The changeover is also completely computer-assisted, with fully automatic adjustments of the parts and carried out from the front of the machine. All the production parameters for each size are stored in the computer and automatically activated when the new size is called upon.
