Isolation Systems Containment & Extraction Booths and Enclosures provide the highest levels of operator protection. Our systems provide a safe operator breathing zone for both powder containment and fume extraction applications within a controlled environment.
Our Booths and Enclosures are available in re-circulating or single pass configurations with double or triple integrated filtration systems. Pre-filtration is provided in all ASHRAE and MERV delineated efficiencies, Extraction/Exhaust filtration can be provided by high volume HEPA 99.99% eff at .3 microns or ULPA 99.9995% eff @ .12 microns. Supply /Down-flow filtration can also be provided in both HEPA or ULPA efficiencies.
Activated Carbon filtration can also be provided for fume extraction applications. All filter seals to housings are Knife Edge to Gel Seal providing 100% filter seal. Low and mid wall dampered air intake grilles assure total capture of migratory particulates and truly direct down flow supply air over operator breathing zone and product handling zone. Articulating extraction arms can also be provided.
