Pharmaceutical Restricted Access Barrier Systems
Isolation Systems designs, engineers and manufactures the most versatile line of Restricted Access Barrier Systems (RABS) in the industry. Our systems are designed and engineered to meet all existing requirements for Passive, Active and Closed system operational protocols. These systems are designed to meet all Federal and ISO Standards for Unidirectional (Laminar Flow) applications as well as all developing FDA standards. RABS may be used as a protective solution per ISO Standard 14644 Part 7. Closed RABS designs can be engineered for either Positive or Negative pressure operation with closed loop air recirculation and make-up as required.
Isolation Systems will construct your RABS enclosure as a field installed pre-fabricated modular assembly, built in place directly or retrofit to existing operational systems.
Our systems are exclusively manufactured in 304 or 316L Stainless Steel and can be enclosed by Clear Laminated Safety Glass, Tempered Safety Glass, Polycarbonate, Acrylic or Rigid PVC. SIP and CIP systems can be readily incorporated into design configurations A/R. HEPA Filtration Down or Cross flow systems can be designed to conform to all coverage and classification requirements. Standard Lighting is Integral Flush Mounted. All lighting provided with systems is sealed per enclosure classification where used. Special UV germicidal lighting is also available.
