Pharmaceutical Tablet Deduster Meets cGMP And High Speed Solid Dose Drug Manufacturing Requirements

The KD6015 Kramer tablet deduster is now available with CEIA, Lock, and Mettler-Toledo Safeline metal detectors to meet conveying speeds up to 3.5 million tablets per hour and conveying heights up to 500 mm. All Kramer tablet dedusters are built to meet cGMP standards and feature tool less assembly and disassembly for easy cleaning.

The KD6015 unit is an upward conveying vibratory tablet Deduster combined with a Safeline or Loma metal detector in a compact package. Tablet Deduster can be located on left or right side of tablet press with infinite inlet and discharge adjustment. It is available in conveying heights of 10" and 20" with telescoping column for inlet height adjustment. The KD6015 tablet deduster features the C820 controller, the most user friendly controller in the industry to automatically adjust the frequency regardless of tablet loading in the helix. As with all Kraemer dedusters the KD6015 features easy assembly and disassembly with no tools.
