GLT - Horizontal accurate tray loading of vials

The tray loader GLT is the ideal solution for the effective and user-friendly traying of vials as part of a production line. The unique tray loading process of the GLT allows not only the flexible configuration of various tray configurations, but also sets new standards in terms of production safety, gentle container handling and ease of operation.

Thanks to the ingenious interaction of the infeed star wheel, transport belt and pusher bar, vials can be aligned in front of the loading platform without guides. Each vial format is programmed and reproducible using servo motor technology for vial count with the infeed wheel and to locate exact information of the row on the transport belt.

The infeed belt and the loading platform are aligned at the exact same height. Therefore, there is no risk for fallen vials or accidental misalignment during transfer to the loading platform.

TLU for High Speed tray loading of Cartridges

The trayloader TLU-C is a high-speed system used for fast and reliable trayloading of cartridges. This compact and GMP-compliant machine adds to Syntegon’s extensive portfolio of handling equipment and can either be integrated into a new filling line or retrofitted to an existing installation. The cell conveyor transport system allows 100% traceability of containers from the filling machine to the trayloading station. Rejects from the filling machine can thus be discharged outside of the filling area reducing handling inside the cleanroom to a minimum. Additionally, automatic systems for in-line inspection can be integrated (e.g. vision control). A separate station for random sampling of containers for offline checking is available as an option.

TLU for tray loading of vials in rows (with robot)

The tray loader TLU-V is a high-speed system used for fast and reliable tray loading of single side open or all-around closed trays. Vials are top loaded row by row into the trays by means of a handling robot. Different loading patterns can be programmed depending on the requirements. This compact and GMP-compliant machine adds to Syntegon’s extensive portfolio of handling equipment and can either be integrated into a new filling line or retrofitted to an existing installation. Additionally, automatic systems for in-line inspection can be integrated (e.g. vision control). A separate station for random sampling of containers for off-line checking is available as an option.

TRL for tray loading of vials in rows (pick & place)

The TRL tray loader transports vials from an in line conveyor to a tray station. The vials enter from the side and are picked up by the transport and placed into the waiting trays. When the try is full the system automatically advances the tray to allow room for a new tray.
