The A&V automatic inspection machines are designed for particles and cosmetic inspection of ampoules, vials, and cartridges.
The extreme flexibility of these machines allows to inspect liquid, freeze-dried, suspension, emulsion, and oil based products. The same machine can be integrated with rinsing and drying and leak testing modules.
The basic machine has been designed for the inspection of reflecting particles (glasses, fibers, etc), non-reflecting particles (black spots, hairs, etc), and fill level inspection.
