Production Crystal® Pxx: Commercial Speed Aseptic Filling

The Production Crystal® Pxx Filling Line has been designed to address the large scale pharmaceutical filling, with a capacity to fill commercial batches up to half a million vials a day.

The Production Crystal® Pxx Filling Line machines can be operated by three persons and requires only electricity and clean compressed air to operate.

Using parallel movements for vial conveying in filling and laser re-sealing stations allows to process from 6 to 24 vials at the same time.
