They have energized the efficiency and flow capacity of hundreds of undersized or poorly performing baghouses. Pleated filter bag designs add 2-3 times effective cloth area to a traditional baghouse, therefore double or triple your baghouse efficiency!

Top-Load Removal Sonic welding eliminates dust leakage through seams; wide and shallow pleat design facilitates easier cleaning and maximum airflow capacity. Available in three construction types - Standard (up to 200°F), Heavy Duty (up to 275°F) and Aluminized (up to 275°F), Pleat+Plus™ top load units are suitable for a wide range of temperatures and applications. Will fit any conventional top load tubesheet!

Bottom-Load Removal Reduce labor cost by eliminating time associated with installation of filter bags for bottom removal baghouse systems. Design eliminates assembly of multiple components. Pleated high-efficiency spun bond polyester media expands collection surface and reduces operating pressure drop. Available in the standard construction (up to 200°F), Pleat+Plus™ pleated bag offers superior dust release.

High-Temperature Design Pleat+Plus™ design features a galvanized metal top, bottom, and inner core. These units are rated with continuous operating temperature of 375°F. This design eliminates distortion associated with urethane tops and bottoms when exposed to fluctuations in temperature.

Membrane Design Pleat+Plus™ design features SB-TX media (spun bond polyester, with high-efficiency PTFE membrane) that produces a filter with extraordinary release characteristics and excellent efficiencies on fine particles.
