Datasheet: Powder Filling - Rigid Containers

The PER-FIL Model PF-26 Dual Head Automatic Auger Filler is designed for precise filling of powder, granular and paste products. This system is ideal for filling pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products into rigid containers (bottles, jars, cans, boxes).

Empty containers are indexed into the fill positions (two containers are filled at one time). Containers are lifted so that the fill nozzle is inserted into the container opening to eliminate airbone dust during the fill cycle. The product is then filled by volume and when the fill cycle is complete, the container is lowered and indexed out of the fill position

Capable of fill speeds from 20-100 containers per minute, the PER-FIL PF-26 will ensure clean, accurate fills of your powder and granular products.
