The powder microdosing machines of the MD series are used for the dosing of injectable powders into vials.
The powder microdosing machines of the MD series are used for the dosing of injectable powders into vials. The vacuum/pressure dosing system used makes it possible to obtain good precision levels even with micronised powders and long, non-stop production cycles.
Output speed up to 300 pcs/min.
Different dosing alternatives are available:
- MD 150/1 version, with a single dosing disk
- MD 150/2 version, with two dosing disks and the possibility of dosing two different products in the same vial
- MD 300 version, which allows the in-feed of one or two vials at a time, under the dosing disks
- Statistical IPC is available for this version
Main Characteristics
- Total protection of vials throughout the entire dosing and closing process
- No contaminating mechanism over the vial path, with working operations under horizontal laminar flow, vertical laminar flow or isolator
- Vial straight line transport system
- Alternate vial in-feed
- Possibility of liquid filling (even two different liquids) by means of special units.
