Powdersize, Inc. was established in November, 1993, and is a provider of contract dry powder sizing services to the Pharmaceutical and Food Ingredient Industries. The principals of the company have over 50 years combined experience with particle size reduction and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance. Pharmaceutical actives, pharmaceutical excipients, and food grade chemicals are sized to Customer specifications. Mechanical and pneumatic milling systems are used to reduce particle size to target mean values as low as 1 micron. Laser light scattering, microscopic, and test sieve methods are used to determine particle size.
