Premier Mill is located in Reading, PA. Along with it's 100,000 square foot manufacturing facility, we maintain a fully equipped and professionally staffed lab for customer testing, research and development. Our range of technical services include process engineering, laboratory testing, equipment upgrade and/or retrofits, and operator and maintenance training. We also maintain an extensive parts inventory to assure quick repair and even faster service response. These services are available on a 24-hour basis as required by our customers.

Our Distinct Product Line Includes:

• Supermill 2 - Horizontal media mill for state of the art milling applications.
• Supermill - Horizontal media mill for high production applications.
• Submersible Mill - Batch media mill with the capability of mixing and milling products in a single tank.
• Prem-A-Mix - High speed disperser with single-shaft, dual-shaft or multi-shaft configurations.
• Hidrobat - Planetary Mixer with vertical orbiting mixing blades and a high speed dissolver for mixing of medium and high viscosity materials.
• Double Planetary Mixer - Mixer is designed to handle materials of high viscosity or those requiring delicate mixing action. The close tolerances maintained between the mix blades and the tank wall, and the mix blades and the bottom of the tank ensure extremely efficient mixing action.
• Max Shear Inline Disperser - Self-pumping portable unit, exceptional high shear performance and powerful pumping action makes this disperser ideal for emulsifying and processing hard-to-wet materials.
• Colloid Mill - The KSIF Model imparts tremendous hydraulic shear, which is ideal for emulsifications. For actual grinding applications, the KCD stone configuration can mechanically grind even the most difficult material.
• IPS Systems - Fully engineered and assembled process systems, from feeding to mixing to milling to classifying, on a common base. These units are fully tested prior to shipping to minimize installation time. Premier Mill/IPS takes full system responsibility, thereby allowing the customer to do what he does best, make product.
