Our Process Technology Team works closely with you to define the process requirements for your manufacturing facility. Requirement specifications, process flow diagrams (PFDs) and process & instrument diagrams (P&IDs) are generated. The information and knowledge about your process is transferred into efficient plant layouts with focus on personnel- and material flows, accessability/serviceability and future change-outs / expansions, always meeting the GMP requirements. Our process engineers follow your project through the whole delivery process. They work in concert with our Procurement and Quality departments to ensure a timely delivery of equipment of the right quality. They will expedite equipment vendors, participate in factory acceptance tests (FATs), coordinate equipment installation and participate in commissioning and qualification.
