Prodo-Pak has been manufacturing quality-packaging machinery in the United States for almost forty years. Our machinery is in use on five continents and in over 100 countries by more than two thousand companies. Industries served include food, pharmaceutical, toiletries and cosmetic.

The Prodo-Pak machines are offered in four basic Models that are customized to meet specific customer requirements. The Models include Vertical and Horizontal form, fill and seal machines and a recently introduced series of tube fillers and sealers.

Prodo-Pak's vertical and horizontal form, fill and seal machines are capable of producing pouches at rates from 20 to 2,000 per minute. The pouches can be filled with a wide range of products such as liquid gels, pastes, powders, graduals, tables and toilettes. Pouch styles available include three and four sided seal, pillow packs, standup and flat bottom in small portion packs or large bulk bags.

The tube fillers offered by Prod-Pak are compatible with metal, plastic and laminate tubes. A wide range of tube diameters and lengths as well as fill volumes can be accommodated. Several product pump styles are also available to meet specific product characteristics.

Our engineering and technical personnel have a combined 75 years of packaging equipment experience. They are available to assist in evaluation packaging solutions and to recommend the equipment which best meets those requirements. Support documents are generated in CAD KEY and AUTO-CAD . After sales service and spare parts support are part of the program to insure complete customer satisfaction.
