Proper Hose Identification; Permanent, Sanitary, & Cost Effective!

Human error is the root cause for the vast majority of industry accidents. An installation error could be costly, if not fatal. Perma-Tag™, a hose identification system offered by Coreflex LLC, helps reduce the possibility of such accidents.

Growing concerns in the industry launched a need to develop better solutions for identifying hose products. Previous designs pose entrapment issues, difficulty in reading/identifying, and ultimately result in a non user-friendly tagging method. Perma-Tag™ was created by Coreflex LLC to allow for an easier and more efficient hose identification system.

The Perma-Tag™ identification system is a permanently vulcanized silicone which is molded to the exterior of the hose. This tagging system was developed to alleviate existing concerns surrounding current tagging methods. Old style tags consisting of metal, paper, tape, and plastic are conducive to bacteria growth and raise questions regarding entrapment. Perma-Tag™ is molded to the exterior of the hose with no bacteria traps; therefore, eliminating such issues (applicable with Coreflex's S-COR hose of Teflon®).
