In essence, an integrated Proquis/SYSPRO system manages the authorisation of documents so that users can be confident that when they click to view a document on screen then that document has been approved and is the latest version. All documents that are managed using Proquis are subjected to a structured approach of access, change requests, edits and authorisation. A history file within Proquis provides users with information on previous change requests and authorisation details.
The new Proquis/SYSPRO ERP set up provides companies with a number of key business benefits such improved production confidence through the quality of documentation, a reduction in production waste and better customer relationships.
