ProSoft Technology's Industrial Hotspot Radios (RLX-IH) are Wi-Fi access points that provide real-time data throughput at distances up to 20 miles. Certified for hazardous conditions, the Industrial Hotspot is ideal for demanding industrial applications susceptible to extreme temperatures, unpredictable weather conditions and high levels of interference. The RLX-IH Wireless Communication device creates an alternative to running costly cable, particularly where connectivity is not feasible, is prohibitively expensive, or is physically impossible. The RLX-IH is ideal for any of the following needs or applications:

• Secure, high speed, un-tethered Ethernet connectivity
• Connectivity to tablets, laptops, PDAs, and other wireless devices to remotely program PLCs or monitor applications
• Redundant master and self-healing network capabilities fast enough to handle SCADA data and security video
• Support for high-speed applications such as VoIP, video over Ethernet, or Security cameras
• Wireless networking of fixed and mobile equipment on the factory floor (including turntables, drums, gantry cranes, stacker/reclaimers, and automated guided vehicles), bridging factory floor to IT, and efficiently linking short and long distances in outdoor applications
