IRVINE, CA - June 16, 2003 - Prudential Cleanroom Services, a world leader in cleanroom laundry service systems, today announced a strategic partnership addressing the critical environments market with Metron Technology (Nasdaq: MTCH), the outsource solutions company. Under the terms of the agreement, Metron will assume Prudential's cleanroom consumable products distribution business effective June 13, 2003.
