PTI Launches New One-Touch Tool-Less Blister Package Inspection System

Hawthorne, NY – PTI Inspection Systems introduces new revolutionary technology platform to leak test blister packaging. OptiPac is a deterministic non-destructive technology that utilizes volumetric imaging under vacuum to detect the presence of leaks. The OptiPac is engineered and designed with One-Touch Technology to achieve a rapid test cycle requiring no changeover or sample preparation, detecting defects down to 5 microns. Operators will see a definitive pass/fail result, along with a volumetric measurement reading. The location of the defective cavity is also identified.
