PURE-DENT USP Starches
In the wet-milling process, corn is cleaned, steeped to soften the kernel, and the germ is separated. The remaining product is milled, washed, and centrifuged to remove the starch. The starch slurry is then filtered and dried to produce a fine powdered starch. Modifications can be made to this basic corn starch.
B812 Starch USP

B857 Absorbable Dusting Powder, USP
Absorbable dusting powder designed for improved stability in slurry applications. Starch may be used with examination gloves and other nonsurgical uses. This starch is not suitable for ingestion.
