Quint Company, Health Care Division
Quint knows and understands in-line single unit dose printing. Our team of Account Specialists have the expertise to aid engineers and technicians through initial start-ups and new product launches. We have developed strong working relationships with printing equipment manufacturers and do extensive testing with them. This allows Quint to be on the forefront of the latest printing technology. As a result of our experience and relationships, we can match the correct graphics treatments and printing plate materials to the printing equipment and substrate used, insuring optimum print results. Quint maintains a unique and secure Master File System. A separate Master File is created and maintained for each drug. This secure system allows for fast turn around times without sacrificing repeatable accuracy of all of our blister, unit-of-use, and medical packaging printing plates. Quint maintains a 30,000 square foot facility with extensive state of the art electronic graphics and high resolution film output devices. We have complete rubber and photopolymer platemaking facilities. Quint's final QA Department utilizes Global Vision's TVS Proofreader to inspect each of your printing plates.
Founded in 1849, Quint was a manufacturer of stencils, inks, branding irons - the marking of the day. Quint was one of the first companies in the U.S. to manufacture in-line unit dose printing plates. We have been a leader in the industry and have evolved to a state-of-the-art graphics and platemaking facility employing over 45 people.
