Raland Technologies Announces Merger With Innovative BioPharm Solutions

The President of Raland Technologies, a regulatory and professional services company, announced recently the planned merger of Innovative BioPharm Solutions, LLC with Raland Technologies, LLC on the 30 May 2008. The rapidly expanding company has office locations in Rochester, NY and Rockville, MD.

The leadership of both companies have been meeting in private since late December working on details of the pending merger and conducting due diligence. In a recent communication with employees, Bill Rader, President of Raland, said "I am pleased to announce that we have completed negotiations and will merge with IBS the end of this month. We are all very excited about this. It has been a long process getting to this very important date, but everything needed to be done "just right" to assure that this merger is a good move for all parties involved."

Tony Luttrell, President of IBS added that, "the merger of our two companies adds significant infrastructure and management strength to the new organization. The company will retain the name Raland Technologies, LLC. The newly merged company will have management additions as well as adding a number of professional consultants.
