The rapid development of new active ingredients and medications means that the demand for suitable containment systems is rising continuously. Only these environments make it possible to protect both the operators and the products.
M+W Products offers an innovative complete package for solving transfer tasks in connection with containment systems. For this purpose it is important that we are early envolved into your system planning. In that way we can work together to implement your optimal transfer solution.
The systems are based on a flange system of alpha and beta parts. A false operation is prevented through a special locking system. The security of the total system is based on the combination of alpha and beta components. The door integrated in the alpha part can be opened only in connection with a docked beta part.
The basis for an optimal transfer solution is the execution of a mock-up study. The result generally reveals two different situations. For one thing, the ALPHA Port is located close to the place at which the process material will be used. In this case our pull-out systems are used. The other challenge faced by the rapid transfer systems is often the transfer of process material over greater distances within the containment. For this purpose we have developed a special rail system.
