Regeneron cGMP Mobile Gowning Cleanroom

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals enlisted Germfree Laboratories, Inc. to develop a mobile cleanroom adhering to ISO 7 design parameters for gowning training and aseptic qualification. Germfree responded by designing and installing a custom-built cleanroom within a 53-foot tractor-trailer, complete with interlocking doors and a specialized pass box. This cleanroom also included a Class II biological safety cabinet for the secure handling of sensitive biological materials.
