Issues related to cleaning and cleaning validation are some of the most common concerns that arise in FDA Warning Letters. Proper cleaning procedures are crucial not only for adhering to current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) regulations but also for enabling manufacturers to produce multiple products, enhance product consistency and quality, and prevent cross-contamination or adulteration of drug products. Here, we demonstrate the ability of the Resolute® BioSC Pilot to aid drug manufacturers in achieving reliable and efficient chemical and microbiological cleaning to ensure they meet cleaning validation standards.
