The RETOX Twin-Bed RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) system provides affordable solvent-VOC CONVERSION into carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O) vapor. The RETOX oxidizer consists of a internally insulated Twin-Bed chamber filled with ceramic heat exchanger media. Gas flow is automatically controlled by a zero leakage poppet valve mechanism which changes the direction of the gas flow via an integral programmable logic control (PLC) system with remote modem-based telemetry diagnostics.
