ROBATEL's KSA design promotes a removable filtration bag, which allows a quick and efficient turn-around between product batches. The KSA product removal system employs a manually operated hoist to lift heavy or large quantities of solids out of the centrifuge and into a corresponding receiver. This removal method ensures maximum product recovery, while minimizing operator-to-product contact, and product-to-atmosphere exposure.

The assembly can be integrated with a range of Rousselet-Robatel centrifuges, whose integral inertia slab is mounted directly on four vibration isolators to enhance stability, reduce dynamic loads, and facilitate installation. Incorporating cGMP features from our leading design of horizontal peelers, these vertical basket centrifuges are engineered to exceed today's pharmaceutical manufacturer's production standards.

The stainless steel or higher alloy construction, CIP system, oxygen monitoring, and exterior and interior polishing combine to speed product change-overs and eliminate the risk of product cross-contamination. User-friendly control systems assure batch reliability and optimum productivity.
