RW/DT - Sterilization Process Equipment

RW ROTARY WASHER

The RW machines are designed for the internal and external cleaning and drying operations of ampoules, vials, and cartridges before the sterilization process.

Developed to meet the current pharmaceutical industry requirements and address the needs of the end user, they guarantee a 3 log contaminants reduction once the whole working cycle is complete.

Various stations can be optimized for a perfect and thorough cleaning of the containers, and to condition them for the next step in the aseptic production process.

DT DEPYROGENATION TUNNEL

The DT depyrogenation tunnels are designed for the continuous sterilization and depyrogenation of glassware containers such as ampoules, vials, cartridges, and infusion bottles.

Sterilization is achieved in accordance to ISO 14644-1 requirements, by a laminar flow of filtered hot air, within and “ISO 5” enviroment throught the complete tunnel length.

The containers are gently moved throught the chambers by means of a horizontal mesh stainless steel conveyor belt with two syncronized side guide belts to minimize friction.

The processing cycle and parameters are optimized depending on the type and weight of the containers to be treated, and guarantee a Log 3 reduction of endotoxins.

The perfect balance of airflow conditions ensures the stability and uniform distribution of temperature.
