MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

  • The S250 ZS version features an automatic first layer sampling function. During the sample procedure the compression force of the first layer is increased in order to produce a slug for quality control. The ejection of the first layer is done by means of an ejection cam attached to the compression roller.
  • The S250 M version is fitted with a core distributor, instead of the intermediate pressure roller, and a core feeding device that are very easy to handle. Precision gauges allow axial and radial adjustment of the depositing position. Unsurpassed accuracy of positioning the core in the tablet is possible.
  • Both versions allow optional weight control for both layers.
