Sartoflow® SP: Enabling Single Pass (SP) Continuous Diafiltration

The Sartoflow® SP is a benchtop Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) system that enables highly efficient diafiltration of biomolecular solutions in a continuous, single pass (SP) process when working in tandem with the Sartocon® SP cassette. This combination enables complete control of flow, pressure, and conductivity across feed, buffer, and retentate lines. Further, this setup facilitates rapid process development, optimization, and consistent performance in continuous diafiltration processes. As a result, process steps like buffer exchange between chromatography steps can be executed in a single pass.
