Genesis Machinery Products, Inc.idual Seal Force Tester is used to assist in the determination of seal integrity. It allows simple measurement of the tightness of serum vial.
The product uses a manually-driven electronic digital force gauge to press on the top of a closure with a closure anvil. When this externally-applied compressive force just exceeds the residual compressive force in the rubber stopper, the aluminum cap begins to move downward.
The tester can test any normal serum container of up to one liter capacity. Each cap sizr and cap type requires an anvil designed to match the cap contours.
