The Filamatic® Servo Chuck Capper is a servo-motor driven/PLC controlled capper with precision, application torque, and servo controlled feedback. The capper can automatically detect and verify application torque while validating torque measurement for each container or cap.

The Servo Chuck capper offers a single head capper which can handle up to 35 caps per minute or a double head capper handling up to 55 caps per minute. Its stainless steel construction can accommodate a wide variety of cap sizes and features a vibratory feed bowl with a loading chute, sensors for-- No Container, No Cap-- and Backup at discharge, along with a quick dump feature to clear out the bowl during a cap changeover.

The auto-reject with reject verification option allows for efficiency during capping and the capper's recipe recall can create, save, and copy over a hundred recipes by name.

The Servo Chuck capper offers an optional design to use under HEPA Laminar Air Flow environments which can be easily integrated with other Filamatic® sterilized filling machines.
