SERVOLIFT Demonstrates Next-Generation Diosna Technology At AAPS

SERVOLIFT's Paul Carlson helped introduce the next- generation Diosna P 1-6 tabletop, high-shear granulator at AAPS 2011.

The basic premise of the machine is the base unit with interchangeable bowls. They have bowls ranging from .25, .5, 1, 2, 4, and 6-liters available — in both jacketed and non-jacketed.

It features all the standard Diosna blades. The standard Diosna wingtip blade, the standard Diosna chopper, which is all relevant to the larger scale machines.

The thing that makes this the next generation P 1-6 is the reconfiguration of the machine. They've relocated the bowl further to the side of the machine which allows a discharge on 2 liter bowls and larger, which has been requested from many customers.
