The Sani-Matic Ultra Flow Clean In Place System operates with a minimum volume of water and chemical. Charging the supply and return piping plus an additional 6 gal. (for internal operation) is the only water it requires to operate satisfactorily. It is designed to eliminate or drastically reduce the need for a return pump. By venturi action it draws wash solutions back to itself for recirculation.
